Clients that want to simply enhance their shape, have a more filled in look between those sparse areas, or create a more defined look. Short strokes are used to resemble the appearance of hair-like stroke patterns with a cosmetic pen/hand tool. With the cosmetic pen, it is then dipped into pigment used to implant into the skin. This pigment is then used to resemble hair-like strokes. This process is not for oily skin types, mature, or sun damaged skin. It is best suited for normal/dry skin types, smaller pores, and a fairly amount of brow hairs present.

This is followed by a tinting dye, if the client wishes, to achieve a naturally curled and dark look without the need of makeup.
