CANCELLATION POLICY

Please allow 48hrs notice if you do not think you will be able to make it to your appointment. Things happen, but time is valuable and 48hrs will give enough time to secure the appointment slot. I am happy to reschedule, but my time is valuable. Deposits must be made before booking your appointment to secure your spot and are non-refundable. This ensures your appointment and if rescheduled in the 48hr window it will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. If you no-call, no-show, and can not be reached, you will not be able to rebook an appointment. I will charge a 20% fee for canceled appointments. If you cancel an appointment more than 2x, I will not be able to offer my time or services, due to the inconvenience for someone else. Thank you for understanding and look forward to meeting you!
